This spacious Cape style home is enjoyed year after year by families that want a convenient location along with all of the amenities such as Air Conditioning, XBR HDTV, Digital Cable and High Speed Internet Access to have a great holiday. The Great Room (with HDTV) has a slider that opens to large private deck overlooking conservation land. There is a large loft bedroom with king bed, 1/2 bath, Color TV and skylights with shades. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator. This home also has a brand new new high capacity clothes washer and dryer. This updated Cape style home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in West Harwich. You can walk to either beach Belmont Road (.4) or Pleasant Road Beach (.8) as it is south of Route 28. It has been completely renovated with everything new. The main floor has an open floor plan with a large living area with flat screen tv and farmers kitchen with all new cabinets, granite counters, floors and appliances. The floors are newly refinished wood. The main floor has two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 twins and a large family space complete with flat screen tv and sofa bed. Outside is a deck with patio furniture, gas grill. The yard is mostly fenced in and has an outdoor shower. All bedrooms have window a/c unit, upstairs family room has a/c unit and internet too.
